NEIL M. MULLINS 

After graduating Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in 1985, Neil then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. He clerked for the late, Honorable John B. Doolin, Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1987 to 1988.

Upon graduation from law school in 1988 and ceasing his Clerkship with Chief Justice Doolin, he passed the Nevada Bar in 1988 and was admitted to the

• Nevada Bar
• US District Court, District of Nevada
• District of Nevada
• US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Neil's hobbies and interests include, golf, politics, the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, and (of course) the Oklahoma Sooners, history, and horseback riding. More...

MICHELLE D. MULLINS 

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1982 and her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. Michelle was initially licensed and practiced in Oklahoma, and then moved to Nevada in 1989 where she has been practicing law, ever since.

Michelle's practice has emphasized all aspects of civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense, including:

• Insurance defense

• Commercial and business litigation.

Michelle joined the Mullins Law Firm in December of 2005, after leaving her 10-year partnership at Hale, Lane, Peek, Dennison and Howard—a large law firm based in both Las Vegas and Reno. More...
